Arrangements
- Brethren are requested to assemble and be seated in the hall by 11.40 am. for the Royal Arch meeting and 4.10 pm for the Craft meeting.
- Full Dress Masonic Regalia to be worn in Provincial Grand Lodge / Chapter by:
- Officers of The United Grand Lodge / Supreme Grand Chapter of England.
- Officers of The Provincial Grand Lodge / Chapter of East Kent.
- Officers of other Provinces, Districts and London Grand Rank.
- The Masters, Wardens, Past Masters of Lodges, Principals, Past Principals in the Province to wear Collars and Jewels of Office.
- Master Masons and Companions are welcome and encouraged to be present at the Festival but admittance to Fellow Crafts or Entered Apprentices is not permitted. However, Fellow Crafts and Entered Apprentices may attend the Dinner before Provincial Grand Lodge has opened.
- Brethren and Companions are encouraged to invite friends and guests from other Provinces to the meetings.
- All Brethren and Companions must sign the Attendance Register before entering Provincial Grand Lodge and Chapter

Coach Travel
The Province has arranged coach travel for those wishing to make use of it. The three coaches have a maximum capacity of 53 and will be available on a first come first served basis. The should arrive in London by 11:00.
A20/M20 Route

All coaches return from London, departing 19:00. Return ticket is £20.00
There is a 4th coach which will run from Tovil, departing 6:30 for exec members. Return time is the same as the rest.
Dining
Dining is in the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms (next to Grand Lodge). Meal Price is £59.00 including wine.

Thai scented red curry prawn cocktail with ginger, chillies and baby leaves

Roast vegetable and lentil salad with balsamic glaze

Roast marinated lamb leg with garlic and black olive paste, roast new potatoes, fine beans and selected vegetables
