Provincial Grand Chapter will be opened at 3:15 p.m. precisely. Companions are requested to assemble and be seated in the hall by 2:45 p.m.
All Companions attending must wear Dark Morning Dress or Uniform, Provincial, Chapter or Plain Black Ties with White Gloves and appropriate Apron and Collar.
