DESCRIPTION:By Popular demand throughout the Province we are delighted to a
 nnounce that the Bat and Trap Event will take place on Saturday 25th July
  2026. We are inviting you to put a Team together representing your Lodge
 .\nAll details are below and will soon be within the Provincial Website un
 der “Events”. We would love to hear from you as soon as possible.\nLOC
 ATION?\nThe Farriers Arms\nMersham\, Ashford\, Kent. TN25 6NU\nWHEN?\nSatu
 rday July 25th\nGates open at 09:00am.  Games start at 10:00am.\nHow much
  will this cost?\n£60.00 per Team\, "now that's a good deal" especially 
 as it's all going to support Charity.\n\nThe event is open to all 8 groups
  within the Province.\nThe number of teams is limited to 16 with 6 member
 s per Team. There will be a number of games played which will eventually e
 nd up with the Winning Team which will receive the “Duncan Rouse Bat and
  Trap” Trophy” . There will also be  Medals for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd pla
 ces.\nLast Year’s winners the Martello Lodge 8712 have won the competiti
 on twice and Septem Lodge 7788 have won it once\, can you win it on this\,
  the 4th event?\nThis Event will be well supplied with a Bar/Beer Tent\, B
 BQ\, Tea/Coffee and other refreshments available. Ample Free Parking and
  other on-site amenities.\n\nThis Promises to be a "Great day out" for you
  and your family. The Teams are open to all levels of experience\, you may
  have never played before so you can have a practice first. Team members c
 an consist of anyone you wish to play in your Team so it's open to all fa
 mily members and friends if they wish to play. This is about fun and enj
 oyment and not just winning.\n\nTeams are limited to 16 so please be quick
  before the expected rush.\nThis will be on a first come first served basi
 s so please be quick to avoid disappointment.\n\nPlease supply your Lodge/
 Chapter Name and Number you will receive a confirmation email with full de
 tails of how to pay. Your place will be confirmed once payment is received
 .
