Prologues

PROLOGUES TRANSCRIPT FINALISED

Following the earlier reports on the demonstrations of the Prologues. The final transcript of the ritual has been approved and copies have been despatched to the Scribes E of every Chapter in the Province together with accompanying notes to enable each Chapter to properly consider their adoption.

The Prologues have been developed after considerable research and several successful trial presentations in East Kent. (Click here to read about the demonstrations at the Sympathy Chapter No 483 in February and the King Edward VII Chapter No 3252 in May). Their aim is to provide further explanation as to the context of events referred to during the Exaltation ceremony both to the Exaltee and the Companions attending it, thereby enhancing understanding and enjoyment of it.

Whilst their adoption is not mandatory, the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent very much hopes that they will be adopted by all Chapters in the Province
