For some time the Province has been enthusiastically encouraging Lodges to adopt Mentoring as a very effective means of supporting brethren in their Masonic careers.

Since his appointment, the Provincial Grand Master has expressed a wish for a wider scope including the recruitment of new members and improving the retention of existing ones.  He has therefore given the “Retention” brief to Deputy Provincial Grand Master Roger Odd and the “Recruitment” brief to Assistant Provincial Grand Master Nick Waller. “Support”, including the work of the Provincial Almoner (Craft and Chapter) and the Provincial Mentor, has been given to newly appointed Assistant Provincial Grand Master Peter Williams.

More information on Retention and Support will be posted here shortly.
