East Kent Provincial Sports Association
The East Kent Provincial Sports Association (EKPSA) was formed on 1st March 2011 with the aim of uniting like-minded sporting brethren and offering opportunities to compete, contribute or support their preferred sport. The association held its first Sports Association Dinner and Presentation Evening on 30th March 2012 at the Kent County Cricket Club Ground. The event was a complete success and has been repeated annually. At the first AGM a management committee was elected consisting of:
President: Geoffrey Dearing
Chairman: Roger Odd
Treasurer: Tim Pierpoint
Secretary: Stephen Salisbury
The inaugural EKPSA meeting at Tovil saw wide support for a sports association which now includes the undernoted sections. Full contact information is available on the individual section’s introduction page.
Cricket: David Warton
Bowls: Brian White
Golf: Robert Appleby
Rugby: Matt Mitchell
Clay Pigeon Shooting: Roger Wilkes
It is hoped that other sections will be established. Details of forthcoming events for the individual sections can be found on their web page. Any brother interested in helping to create a new section should contact Stephen Salisbury using the form below.
