Freemasons from all over East Kent participated in their local Remembrance Service on Sunday 11th November, Armistice Day. One such example was that of Brethren from three lodges meeting at the Gundulph Masonic Centre in Rochester.

Tony Bentley of the Gundulph Lodge, Colin Orsbourn of the St. Andrew’s Lodge and Bryan Shaw of the Pentangle Lodge, attended the Annual Service of Remembrance at Rochester Cathedral. Representing all lodges meeting at the Gundulph Centre, they proceeded after the Service to lay a wreath at the Cathedral Cenotaph.

The Masonic Province of East Kent has some guidelines for those lodges and chapters that wish to purchase a poppy wreath for future Remembrance Services. For further information, please click the button below.
