Tuesday the 5th June 2018 was another milestone in the Masonic life of Owen Nye. Having received his 50 Year Certificate in what “seemed like only yesterday”, Owen was presented with his 60 year Certificate by Peter Williams, the Deputy Provincial Grand Master in Charge.
During the Lodge meeting, Owen was also presented with Past Masters Jewell by the members of the Lodge.
The meeting concluded with a 3rd Degree Ceremony carried out in an excellent manor, with various Past Masters and Brethren taking part.

The festive board soon followed, and Owen received a special gift of a bottle of Champagne and two Crystal Engraved Flutes. Owen was again speechless and overcome with gratitude, he thanked everyone for coming, especially the honoured guest, Peter Williams.
